Out here on the ocean water drifting out to sea.
I tried to stay in shallow but she pulled me out too deep.
The warmth of the water and the chill of the air
Have clouded everything except the full moon in the sky.
And now I find myself fighting the ocean just to keep my head up.
Every emotion, every desire suddenly mean everything.
The turn of the tides are unpredictable.
Inviting as they seem, they are threatening like gods.
